I went into my game again, went to Game Options and enabled mods, then exited and went in again and this time my mods and scripts showed at the start-up. I also deleted the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder. Then I moved back Electronic Arts to My PC > Documents. It didn't show it so I exited my game and moved Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Mods which was originally in My PC > Documents to Desktop for a few minutes. Right after my game was done updating, I went in and it is supposed to show me all the mods and scripts I use at the start-up.
